I ordered progressive lenses for my Oakleys and I was a little nervous, since the last pair I got from another shop had that strange swimmy feeling whenever I moved my head.

These were a totally different experience. The lenses came in really clear, and the transition from distance to reading is smooth enough that I wasn’t constantly thinking about it. I could check my phone, look across the room, and go back to my screen without that awkward jump. It only took me about a day to adjust.
Shipping was straightforward, and when I asked a question about the order, they gave me a clear answer without making it complicated. I’m happy with how the Oakleys turned out, especially the lens clarity and how natural the progressives feel.

I had to reach out after placing my order because I needed a few adjustments. At first I was kind of suspicious about whether they’d actually sort it out, especially since it took a couple emails and some waiting around. To be fair, support did help and everything worked out okay in the end, but it wasn’t totally smooth.

I didn’t have to chase anyone down for updates, which was a nice change. Whoever runs this clearly has the communication side under control, because I always knew what was going on

The glasses came out really nice, and I didn’t feel like I was getting overcharged like on a couple other sites I checked. Weirdly, I remember I was eating pretzels while comparing prices, so maybe that’s why the whole thing stuck in my head. Overall, really happy with the value.

Glasses look nice overall, but the frame fit wasn’t really what I expected. They felt bit tight on the sides after wearing them for a while. Shipping was fine, but I just wish the sizing had been little more accurate

I got my sports glasses from SportRx they’ve been really comfortable so far. They don’t pinch my nose, they don’t feel heavy, and I can wear them for a couple hours without starting to hate my life, which is apparently too much to ask from some glasses. The fit was pretty much good right out of the box, which was a nice surprise. I’m only knocking off a star because they did need a little adjusting at first, but it wasn’t a huge deal. Overall, really happy with them.

I was really hoping SportRx would have a bigger selection of brands and frames. A lot of the styles I was interested in just weren’t available, and some brands only had a few choices. I guess you can still find something that works if you’re not too picky, but for someone like me who is particular about frames, it was a little disappointing.

The virtual try-on actually matched my face better than I expected, which was a nice surprise. The glasses looked just a tiny bit different in person, because apparently perfection is too much to ask, but they still looked good overall.

I’m usually cautious about warranty stuff because I don’t want to get stuck paying for a problem that should be covered. Thankfully, they handled my issue without much hassle and got it fixed, which made me feel a lot better about the purchase.

But these have taken a decent beating, dropped a few times, shoved in my bag, worn on bike rides — and they’re still holding up with no cracks or loose parts. Even the lenses still look good. I hate to admit it, but I’m impressed with how tough they are.

So, yeah, the exchange process was kind of slow, honestly. It did get handled eventually, but it took a bit longer than I was expecting.

Using my FSA worked just fine, which was the main thing I cared about. The insurance help was okay, but it was a bit confusing in parts and I had to use some common sense and ask a couple questions to make sure I understood what was covered. Overall, it got the job done, but the insurance side could be clearer.
